Indian Lagoon in historic Port St. Joe, Florida is home to ancient oyster beds, renowned for producing some of the tastiest and plumpest oysters along the Gulf Coast. But wild oysters are in trouble, and declining in the region. As oyster lovers, we saw an opportunity to help, and do it in a way that doesn’t damage the local ecosystem. We’re a family-run business that uses the latest sustainable oyster farming techniques to grow delicious oysters in these pristine waters.
